KROMET Sp. z o.o. was established in 1993 based on a manufacturing department of ABB Zamech Ltd. The company core services are grouped in three

Manufacturing Departments:

Light Machining Department, Medium and Heavy Machining department, Welding department.

Our core business is manufacturing of products made of structural steel, stainless steel and heat-resistant steel. We manufacture fabricated structures for all industries.

From 1993 to 2002, ZPUH KROMET operated as a sole proprietorship under the ownership of Krzysztof Romanowicz. On October 1, 2002, the company transitioned into a Limited Liability Company (Sp. z o.o.), with the assets and operations of ZPUH KROMET Krzysztof Romanowicz transferred to KROMET Sp. z o.o.

The registered share capital of KROMET Sp. z o.o. amounts to 5,600,000 PLN. The company is led by Krzysztof Romanowicz, serving as President of the Board. KROMET Sp. z o.o. currently employs approximately 200 professionals.
